Loox has been fantastic app- our customers love to submit reviews through it. There's more expensive stuff out there but it's not worth it.
Great app and great support. Has all the features you need, is easy to set up and once it is up and running it requires minimum work.
App works great, would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs customer photos to add value to their site. Also works great with Pinterest.
love it, it is very easy to navigate and i dont have to think too hard i can get where i need to go fast

Why are customers not allowed to upload multiple photos and videos? Amazon allows this, time to update!

Loox puts the focus on collecting genuine reviewer content by helping merchants incentivize their customers to submit a photo or video review.
However, we are constantly working on improving our app to give more value to merchants!
We’ve recently released video reviews and we’re definitely looking into adding multiple photos per review in the future as well.
We've taken note of your feedback and we'll take it into account for coming updates.

We use the Loox to determine what our customers like and dislike about our products. This information helps us to improve our designs and customer service. It also gives our customers a chance to showcase our designs. Great Tool!
