I had a problem with my reviews not showing up on my product pages. Ellison from the support team fixed it super fast! The review widgets look great! highly recommend this app.

very good and easy to use. but a bit pricey for small business who doesnt have much budget. it would be good if the price's reduced a bit, maybe $5/mth option?

Just downloaded it and I've found it extremely easy to navigate and use. I imported reviews for my product and wow, I can't believe how easy it is! Very impressed.

So far it's good. I cannot find the option to put a button saying "write a review" on the web, so if I want to get photo reviews from other customers I cannot get them unless I have their email and send them manually...

It's Easy to use and set it up. I think exporting the default csv template can be better, exporting it with a sample review of a random product of your store can explain better to a newbie what to do. Nice integration with Debutify theme

Great app, plenty of options. Very good if you want to optimise our reviews section and brand communication with your customers. Plus the platform is pretty intuitive and easy to use. Finally, the support is always here for you. I'd just suggest more designs available as people are too used to the Loox design and it could be bad if people had previous bad experiences in other shops.

The app has been amazing in all aspects except you cannot limit the uniquely generated codes to a certain collection. This is important to all stores selling items with very different price points, as
1. manually changing the codes before the customers uses it is impossible to achieve
2. customers are dissatisfied if we try to ask them for top ups because they claim "the code worked" and that the discount should be honoured
3. we don't want to give them loopholes to exploit by using one generic code for everyone. We are fighting enough fires as it is.
4. we cannot give a fixed dollar amount as the products in that one collection has different price points.
5. We have reached out to Shopify and the support team says all apps have the ability to limit generated codes to a certain collection if they wish to.

We have reached out to Loox, but it seems this is not affecting a lot of shops and is not high on their priority list and to be fair they have tried to give us other alternatives above. We are putting this out here because we really want a permanent solution to this and see if other shops are experiencing this too.

Love the app, and customer service is very responsive. I'll add the 5th star when review request email can be customized to the site look & feel. Currently, only logo and can be added and text content edited.
