Really easy to navigate, perfect tool for e-com shop.
Good app, very complete. Can be a little difficult to use because of the amount of options. I use it for pop ups as well.
It is a good source to see and hear what the customers think about your products and store Allows you to choose what you want posted or do not.
I like the App
Works exactly like it says it will! Would recommend for fast growing stores. Simple enough to setup and has enough customisation features. Two areas of improvements
1. No way to easily request reviews over Whatsapp
2. Lot of fraudelent cases slip through in the referral system where customers game it by giving the referral link to themselves

Really nice and helpful app. Like the opportunity of follow up emails. Just the plans could be a bit cheaper or be able to send out more emails per month.
