I started my ecom experience with this app. it was great and so easy to use. very usefull for business.

good. shame it has a price but if it wasn't for that it would be excellent but I love the photos reviews.

If you want to delete the app I suggest you contact customer service. Otherwise reviews may remain. Their staff solved my problem fast. Thanks

Loox definitely helped with sales, highly recommend! I have tried other review apps, but Loox is the only one that i was satisfied with. it is very easy to use, and to import reviews, if you don't already have customers

I really like the app, it would be great only to be able to add the logo of the store with the basic plan. I understand the other personalisation features can be unlocked with an advanced plan, but at least the logo should be added in the basic version.

I'm not really impressed with LOOX yet. Until working with your support team. Mr. Josh is very enthusiastic to assist me in troubleshooting. I am very satisfied, thanks!

Very good integration with the platform. I didn't have the chance to get any sales during the trial period, though. Easy to use and works with other apps that I use in my shop.
