Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Easy to install and use. I love that I can have all reviews showing on one page and that customers can leave photos in the reviews. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service! Jodel was quick to respond when I was having issues adding Loox reviews to google search results. Jodel even showed visuals afterwards to confirm that all was working.

i like this app easy to use although the bookmark feature i feel is a little unnessacary and i feel like there should be an easier way to do it

Very happy with Loox. It combines all of our product reviews in one easy to see place. Exactly what we needed :)

The photo review feature is nice. But I hope the auto email for review request can be included without additional fee in my current plan.
Especially the help was from Chester.

LOVE this app. Im only 24 hours in, however it looks great (& not cheesy) on my product page and i was able to create a separate page just for reviews. Also, Chester helped me get the reviews up on my home page. 5 Star service. :)

The app is very easy to use! I can customize a lot of feature in the app with the basic plan. Looks good on my store! Highly recommend <3

Love it. This app takes your customer reviews up to another level. The ability for customers to add pictures so easily is absolutely amazing. This definitely helps convince new customers to make a purchase. And, the customer service is the best. Yoni has been extremely helpful when I set up the app and whenever I have a question or problem I get a reply with a solution right away. The app doesn't have all the features yet but I know Yoni is working on this and more features will be releasing soon. Bottom line, use this app, you won't be disappointed.
