this was a lot easier than I was expecting it took a moment to find the bar to upload when that was done correctly the store was loaded with product reviews.

I updated my domain name and all reviews disappeared from the page. I reached out to LOOX and expected a response within a few days. I was very surprised that it was very quick. Jodel was very helpful and quick to respond within a very short period of time. He was able to retrieve the lost reviews and make them visible again.

Chester was fantastic in helping me resolve my technical issue. As someone who's not very tech-savvy, I really appreciated his patience and clear, step-by-step guidance. He made sure I never felt rushed or confused, and his friendly attitude made the process stress-free.
