Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I just started using this app. It sends out automatic requests for reviews or allows me to manually request reviews. It also added a review section to every product page. Loox allows for photo customer review even at its most basic level which didn't seem to be an option with the other apps that I considered. It would be great if customers could submit more than one photo. Maybe this is available ...

I had a problem, and it was solved very quickly by Jodel. The support is good. I have the lowest available plan, but you can hardly do anything besides importing reviews on your website. But overall it does what it needs to do.

great app, one flaw is the price though, i would up grade if it was not to pricey. over all great app

I used Loox to import review from Alixxx, and also to offer customer review with 15 percent discount. It's great and intuitive app, easy to use. I highly recommended for shopify user.

Give 5 stars because app i thinks very cool and can give nice chance to grow... but i am only at test .. later will write full review

This is a great resource and a necessary tool for opening a new store. The process is time consuming but if it helps with conversion that’s the key. One thing that could improve the app is adding a filter option for the CSV upload option when doing reviews on multiple products.

This is a great app it does what it says it sets out to do, wasn't really sure how to use it at first, but once installed it's a lifesaver. One of the best apps out there, highly recommended.

The software is great so far, but I have to take a star away for no CS hotline or worst of all a chat.
