Amazing customer service. I needed help with removing stars from our collection pages. Emailed for help and the matter was fixed within 24hrs!

Hands down the best Review app on Shopify. I've been using alternative for a long time, they moved over to loox as a mate had mentioned it was the best. I was surprised to see that this one is more expensive, and certainly a lot more expensive as you go up through the levels, but I am now on one of the more expensive plans and very happy with my purchase.

I'm happy with Loox! Chester was very quick to solve any problems that I had. Already I'm seeing the results in terms of getting 5 star reviews and referral orders! I'm hoping this is only the start! :)
