Have the basic plan & that's fine as I'm just starting out - the PRO plan looks awesome too
very very very limited settings.....with the pro plan!!!!!
I can't import reviews with text or just without text, I can't change reviews at all.....

I am sorry that your Loox experience has not met your expectations so far. I would be happy to sort everything out for you.
Loox allows you to choose which reviews to appear publicly on your store.
We also support importing your text and photo reviews from any previous source using the Loox review import template as well.

Great app! I love how it helps create social proof! I hope eventually to upgrade my plan. I love the Aftership integration also.

The support is good and they have helped me fix problems I have previously faced with loox. There could still be better support for things like grouping products as one, because we often create new products (for the same item) for different ad campaigns. We would obviously still like the reviews to be linked from our main product.
Loox support helped us achieve this with a work around, but I think it should be a feature of the app by default.

While the beacon present on your dashboard gives you the option to search for help articles, it can also be used to email us.

very useful for stores, I see it as one of the main apps to be used on any store. I recommend it :)
