Very bad customer service. Never replied email for exporting review. Very expensive and not so good service. Don't waste your money.
it would be easier for other drop shippers or sellers to explain to them how to put the star ratings since that's the first rating impresions to the public

Inside the Settings tab of the Loox admin, you can find all the options to display your reviews to your customers, including instructions on how to implement these star ratings onto your product pages.

I appreciated the support from Jemuel. I asked him to fix a problem on my store and he did it very quickly. Great app, with the best support i've ever seen definitely give it a try.
