Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

5/5 stars for customer service — thank you so much to Ken S, Izza P, and Rain M for all their help! The user settings could definitely be improved (i.e. being able to change the review and star color schemes and settings per each page, or being able to change the widget color schemes per each page/widget), but the app is fantastic for collecting reviews from customers.

Some customers leave "customer" instead of a name, and I cannot add a name in. Some customers are not great at the tech side and want me to help.

Ich nutze Loox jetzt schon eine Weile und bin echt super zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war total einfach und alles funktioniert reibungslos. Besonders cool finde ich die Foto-Bewertungen – das bringt viel mehr Vertrauen in meinen Shop. Klare Empfehlung!

I love it but i wish you could manually enter your name and it doesn't automatticaly put the name that the email account is associated with.
