CHESTER WAS THE BEST. I asked a super stupid question & he responded to my email in like 3 minutes with the kindest tone. Tip for anyone using Loox: the answer you need for most things in probably in your settings. It's such a high quality developed app & I am stoked to use it. Mahalo again Chester for the help!!

When I saw that the support was by e-mail I thought it would take hours if not days before the problem was solved but that was not the case at all. One of the few customer support as fast and efficient as ever, always friendly. Thank you very much

I really love this app. But i wish that i can not place product reviews on the home page, just in the product page. Maybe i simply didn't figure it out. At this case, please, write me how to fix that.

Really loving the look of the loox reviews. Had an issue getting the reviews to display in the place I wanted but Liz from Loox Support responded really quickly and altered my theme files for me.
