GREAT app, GREAT support! Loox just looks WAY better than Judge.me, and the admin interface is MUCH nicer. I migrated from Judge.me, and I have to confess the integration into the theme, like displaying ratings below product cards, is more work than with Judge me. HOWEVER, the support team offered to do it ALL for me, and within 24 hours they activated all the good stuff for me. Just had to create a staff account and invite them.
