Loox n'est pas seulement une app de review et ils nous accompagnent jusqu'a la fin.
Excellent service! I was having trouble displaying the review on my collection page, so I reached out to customer service. Jodel was very helpful and fixed the problem right away. Thank you so much of in an love !
The easy-to-follow instructions from Loox' pop-up steps makes the whole process of adding reviews so much easier than any other app I've tried. With other apps it seemed like I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to go to the product reviews , but loox has simplified my experience importing reviews immensely.
Fantastic customer support - had a code issue where a widget wasn't rendering for my theme, Laurence from their CS team had it fixed instantly and was there for great follow up tweaks too.
