i use this application to boost my sells and more to help to confirm products selling on my shop. it's all
Don't work, i would put reviews on my website by the website but it's impossible. I just can import the Aliexpress reviews. So that don't make work.

Our support team will gladly assist you in adding\moving the review widget on any page on your store that you'd like so that your customers will be able to leave a review on the store directly.
Additionally, please note that you can use our import spreadsheet to import reviews to any product on your store.
Since I can see you are currently unsubscribed to Loox, if you could please reinstall Loox and reply to the email we sent to you privately, we'll be happy to sort this out for you!

Péssimo aplicativo, plano caro depois que tem certo limite de reviews. Troquei de plano e os comentários do meus clientes sumiu tudo! Não recomendo.

Generally speaking, Loox offers various plans to accommodate stores of all sizes and budgets. From just stores starting out all the way to tens of thousands of orders a month.
The Plan you were subscribed to is the Loox Beginner Plan.
Our Beginner plan is designed for stores that are starting their journey and helping them grow their business.
It is limited to a total of 500 orders from when you finish the Loox trial.
Due to this, after reaching your first 500 sales after the trial ends, the Loox Beginner plan will no longer be available, and your Loox admin will no longer be accessible until you select your next Loox Plan.
With that being said, I can assure you that all front-facing widgets and reviews appear exactly the same, and Loox will make no changes to your live store.

I can no longer enter the application if I do not subscribe to the superior plan, even if they charge me $14.99 every month !!! it's a forced sale! very disappointing! Do not use this app, you will be the next victim.

Please note that Shopify manages all app charges and billing cycles according to their policy here:

To the best of our knowledge, Shopify should not create an additional charge for an app that was uninstalled and re-installed mid billing cycle.

This means that you should be able to choose a plan and use Loox for the remainder of your billing period without being charged twice.

Absolutely terrible app. Way too tedious to maneuver and I'm still getting charged after uninstalling the app because there is no unsubscribe option. I want a refund.

If i could put 0, i would make it. The application design isn't bad, but definitly loox is a bunch of thief. Bascially i just tried them application on my shop for the test period. Then i accepted nothing but they still steal money on my account by shopify paiement. Be careful with that kind of app.

I'm sorry to hear you feel that Loox did not meet your expectations.
When activating your free trial, Loox requires you to also select and approve a subscription. Shopify requires explicit merchant consent when selecting any app charges and we cannot, on a technical level, issue a charge without the merchant approving it first.
Once your free trial ends, Shopify automatically creates an app charge for the subscription that was enabled.
I can see that you have reached out to our Support Team regarding a refund for the charges to your account. I have personally reached out to you regarding this refund and will be more than happy to continue to assist you privately.
