this app is really good to use but is a bit more expensive, if it is priced at 9$ per month for the top end service then that would be fine.

Hello, I added some reviews to my store BUT since then:
1. I can't edit them - for example, I don't want to include the text in my reviews anymore - i can't delete it
2. If I hide reviews I can't bring them back they stay in my dashboard forever - no way to delete them
how to fix that?
I tried to delete the app and install it again - still doesn't work!!! please help!!!

Generally, we strongly recommend approving and displaying all your reviews, including the negative ones, as they increase the social proof of the product as well. In addition, replying publicly to all your negative reviews can increase the trust created between you and your customers!
That being said, Loox offers the option to moderate reviews that might need to be removed due to various reasons. You can either temporarily hide them from the widget or permanently remove them from the admin.
This can be done within the Loox admin in the 'Reviews' tab.

É muito feio e não fica em lugares bons. Só tem 3 tipos de visualização, uma pior que a outra. Para colocar em local especifico tem que ficar colando código. Não gostei de cara, foi a pior impressão que eu já tive de um app de review. Prefiro 1000x o JUDGE.

While I regret to learn about your experience, I'd just like to let you know that Loox holds a lot more than three widgets.
While the reviews widgets alone consist of more than three widgets, Loox also offers Referrals and Upsell widgets to boost your conversion rates and revenue.

As for adding the widgets, in most themes, adding and moving a widget is as easy as dragging the widget across your page within the Shopify theme editor.
In some older themes, a code must be put in place, and our support team will always be happy to help you with this and with anything you might need!

The charge you refer to was created before Loox was removed. It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled.

Please note that Shopify is in charge of app charges according to their policy here: https://help.shopify.com/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/transactions-and-fees#domains-themes-and-app-fees
We checked Shopify's records, and we can see you installed Loox on October 23rd and started your 14-day free trial which ended on November 6th, which is when Shopify charged you.
If you meant to remove Loox before the trial ended and you're interested in a refund, please contact us and we'll be happy to help!
can i get help reoving the widget ive dleeted it and its still there on my store and is confusing.

Apps on Shopify automatically lose all access to edit themes once they are removed from a store. This means that apps cannot, on a technical level, remove codes once they are uninstalled.
With that being said, we offer a full guide on how to remove any leftover code on our uninstall email.
Should you need any assistance with removing/editing code, I have already contacted you with how we can proceed.
