Customer service gets 5 stars. Jemuel replied to my question in a matter of minutes. Obviously knowledgeable well prepared. No additional information required; it was very well handled. I only rated the app overall 4 stars because I need to periodically turn the pop-up widget off on mobile screens. It seems to come back on its own.

I's a great app. Helps build trust with the customers who make an order after reading other customers' experiences. Simplify it so that a product name from the store can be used to find product instead of product url.

Just downloaded (10/24). Had only a minor issue with the install but I received fast and easy support from Yoni. I'll review again after/if reviews start rolling in.

Extremely useful app for social proof. Easy to import reviews in quick time. Support is also excellent!

So far so good with this app. It has really helped me get some nice reviews for my website. I would recommend - I just wish there was a free version for new websites up until a certain amount of sale and review requests

I use this app for star ratings. The star ratings weren't showing up on the HP, so I contacted your support and they quickly helped to add the coding.

easy to install but I wish had samples on how to install all the settings etc. but otherwise it was okay. I actually need to see it first see how it goes

Most of the functions are good, but I hope to add a function, merchants can delete and distinguish the virtual comments uploaded by themselves

I really like this app and have been happy with customer service. My favorite feature is adding a review page to my site since I make items that change all the time, it is hard to accumulate reviews. The review page shows every review I get, whether the product is available or not.
