Loox Product Reviews & Photos is by far for me one of the best review apps. the user and feels current, it's so easy to navigate and quick to complete steps whether it's referral email setups to app installation, to branding content, it's all made super easy. And whenever we've needed support, the customer support team are super fast to get back in touch and help fix the issues promptly. I genuinely feel happy using Loox and the staff there seem happy to help, which makes a huge difference to user experience. Overall great app, positive vibes, happy to have Loox with us! thank you.

I needed the review tab to only show product-specific reviews. Tai and Lilach helped me sort this issue and has been helpful the whole time. Thank you! I hope Loox can improve in the future to let the user click on the stars to show the reviews rather than a floating review tab.
Good product/ app
Customer service was great, answered fast, they even custom codes by store because I wanted something a specific way. Amazing.

this app will drain your money, there is no way to setup a spending limit for automatic reviews they will keep charging you 28dollars per 300 emails which is really expensive, I can't find anyway to stop these automatic reviews.
