Such a great app! Customers are able to leave us reviews about their purchases which allow us to receive their feedback and keep improving our products and business overall.

I have deleted this app twice now. And it still charges me monthly $35 I am not even sure how I can resolve this issue. I was told I needed to contact the app to cancel my subscription. I sent them an email no response yet. I also would like a refund of my money also.

Apps cannot charge merchants after their app have been removed from stores as this process is controlled automatically by Shopify.
App charges that were already included in your invoice before the app was removed will still appear even after the app is uninstalled as the app was in use for part of the billing period.

I had an issue with the Loox banner, I was a bit frustrated, very happy that Ken was very patient and went all the way to find a solution.
I've been using this app for a while, nothing to complain about it.
Easy to use, love the options to only choose the reviews you want to show. Really great app all around.
Update added April 26, 2020 - Still love using this app, and customer support has been excellent!
Great app super cool lots of fun now I'm just working to finish up this review because I hate pop ups yes great fun
