I love it! This is by far the best I've found on the store.

A one button install, no code implementation.

Easiest review import one can imagine

For a 14 day trial and that price? Unbeatable.

I have only one critique point - it should be possible to delete reviews and not only hide them.

Especially when importing from a different store, this can cause quite the confusion, because they are not automatically sorted by name or import time.

You can manually sort it though.

In general, an amazing program, ridiculously easy to install and use, with a few points that have to be tweaked.

great app. super easy and accessible interface allows customisation for stores. perfect for reviews and testimonials.

I moved over to Loox for the more modern/fluid design from a previous review app. Switching over has been very easy, I CSV exported all my previous reviews and then uploaded them to Loox. The only issue was that the previous review app left parts of its code behind. I tried to remove it and nearly destroyed my whole business - thank god for backups. I reached to Loox asking for help and it took them less than 20 minutes to do - including the time spent to see and respond to my email request. So far, being with them has been excellent.
