I am very impressed! We had an issue on our post checkout page. The Loox Team, from the beginning were quick to respond and escalate it right to Ilan, the Technical Support Engineer and his tech team, who then took care of it immediately. I love the app's easiness to use and adds credibility to my store to build trust with visitors and encourage them to buy from seeing other people reviews. The seamless communication to manually send review requests to each customer and build community one customer at a time.
