Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great product on almost all fronts except for the fact that you can't add the review rating widget to product cards. How that's even a thing is beyond me. When I shop online, the very first thing I notice is that "star" rating system under the product title - before I ever get to the product information page. I really wanted to make this app work for my site but I just can't live without product cards showing review stars. If you implement this at a later date, I will *happily* be back. Everything else is beyond amazing about this app.

5 stars for sure! I like how I can interact with my customers and display them on a reviews page directly on my website. I'm at the point where I had to upgrade to the growth plan to use more awesome features!

Easy to use great customisation I love it so far

I just switched to Loox and I had issues integrating it to my theme even after following their instructions. I contacted customer service and literally 4 minutes later I got an email reply from Laurence. In a matter of few minutes, he resolved my issues and help me manually edit the code.

Still new to the app, but switched from another review app and this has been working wonderful so far. I even got new reviews already! Update: this app has been wonderful. I needed help with a Shopify theme coding issue on my site and my problem was fixed within 10 minutes thanks to Mara! I’ve never contacted any companies support and received such a quick response and fix! Truly exceeds my expectations.

As soon as I opened a ticket with the support team, they took care of my issue right away (literally in a few minutes).

It was about a store that was acquired, and for the first 60 days it wasn't active. The Loox team was kind enough to credit back 30 days of the subscription (no questions asked)
