Necessary, but expensive. Use of the starter plan is very limited, until you have a scaled business can be limiting. Although conversion rate after using loox has improved dramatically. From 0 conversions to over 10 in a week after using.

Best review app out there! Big shoutout to their Customer Service that is always online and ready to help. Thanks Abby for fixing issues on store in lightning speed.

I don't like the fact that Loox is sending emails for reviews on default. Customers will get an email before the order even arrives. Had to turn it off all together.

Best app for collection ratings! Easy to use and very effective. No trouble so far. Also good support!
