Loox helps me get reviews with pictures from my customers that I never received before after countless emails. What unfortunately happens is my customers continue to get spammed after they leave a review. I can't set the application to stop emailing them after a certain number of emails or once they leave a review without turning all the emails off. Therefore, I pay to have my reviews on my site, but I can't get anymore without spamming my customers after every. single. purchase. :(
this app helped my store a lot. it helped with customers communicate with me about the product being sold.
I love all the features so far :) The customer support is also excellent! I wanted the widget to be customized on my site and they did a lovely job. Thank you LOOX!

Really scammy type of pricing. We just want basic reviews and they've made us upgrade. Will be deleting it. There are far better options
Still having problems - their integration doesn't work well with Google Ads which is a big issue.

I just started using this app and wow this is incredible. Just made some changes and voila items has been changed also has shown how it would make the customer feel if they were to buy this item would make them feel satisfying for their product.
Very easy to use with lots of functionality to drive revenue conversions (E.g. referrals, reviews, video reviews etc). Speedy customer service too - thanks Rain for your help on customising my referrals page on my site. Definitely recommend.
