Great at collecting reviews, a very reliable app. I like the verified badges used that show authenticity. Liz was absolutely wonderful in helping me with setting up the codes for my review to show up in the correct place. She went above and beyond not only to guide me but actually help embed the code which I couldn't figure out. Thank you for all your help, appreciate it!

This app gave my store the extra trust required by some customers by letting people rate/review the products. The auto discount code generator is also a great tool to boost sales and get review quickly

The application itself is amazing, helps new businesses a lot, looks great and it's very easy to use. The Support team is amazing, friendly, and very helpful, what's more, I received an answer in like 2-3 minutes, and Ilan, a Technical Support Engineer helped me out in a few seconds with a technical issue my business had. I love the fact that they are on to the point, clear about what they are saying and doing and they don't waste any time. I personally don't really rate applications and customer support, however, I was so satisfied by how efficiently they could help me that I must give this experience a 5/5!

I saw the app on another website and felt we had to have it on our site. The setup was super easy, and the FAQs allowed us to format the reviews just the way we like on our website. The features and upsell abilities are great, especially at this price. If you are looking for an integrated reviews app, this is it.

Recently, I have integrated it in with our rewards program and it has worked great.

UPDATE: Still an amazing service, recently a new marketing employee came on board who was used to other mail services and they even said Klaviyo is the best they have used. When you combine the service with all the helpful marketing material they give you. You will be a email marketing superstar.

So far loving it. The feature to email customers from 90 days back to ask for a review for free is amazing. Already got 4 new 5 star reviews on my site because of this app, and it was super simple to setup. Will be keeping this for sure.

it is amazing app so easy step by step information how to use im a first time user dont do computers social media of any sort im old school bt getting into the it if i can do it any one can
