Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Helpful software, we decided Judge.me was a better app and software for the price than Loox. Some of the common features in the $15/month Judge.me are not available with Loox until you pay $49 or $99/month.

Great app! There is a lot more going on here than just reviews, which I didn't expect given the name. wow.

I just started my journey with Loox. Nevertheless I can say, that their Support Team is excellent. It is very fast, very engaged and customer centric! Concerning the product, I am convinced about its possibilites but I would love to see more options concerning design and customization. I would love to see the following features:
- Design options (Color, rounded edged, etc) for the "Write a Review" form
- More typograpy (Google Fonts) options and HTML for E-Mails
- Automatic and CI color optimized QR Codes for direct review links

Très intuitive

1st attempt to add a review: I used this app to do add some reviews and it worked fine in the past.
2nd attempt to add a review: Now it asks me to give a review even though I just started using it. So... You know.
3rd attempt to add a review: It asks me now to give more details and this sucks. I will give you a 4 star if you continue this. Thank you.
4th attempt to add a review: Wtf. Ok 4 stars now.

Ich habe diese App für meinen Shop benutzt. Recht leicht umzusetzen. Kann aber bei manchen Einstellungen Benutzerfreundlicher sein. Im großen und ganzen ist es optimal.
