With the new interface of their software, when searching for a specific user and trying to unpublish that user’s reviews, it ended up unpublishing all product reviews on the website instead. What’s ridiculous is that they haven’t provided any solution and are only suggesting that we switch back to the old version. It’s been three days and this bug still hasn’t been fixed. I’m starting to wonder if they’ve laid off all their developers—how can such a simple bug remain unresolved? They only take money but offer no real solutions. I think they’re going to lose a lot of loyal customers. This is really terrible!

I have been using Loox for several years now. Over 4000 reviews later, we are very happy with the transparency and credibility this app provides for our business. The image/video integration is paramount for review proof. I highly recommend this app.
Ive been using Loox for more than 7 years. There's a reason I'm still using it.
As we evolve they continue to raise the bar. I'm very happy with the service they have.
My favorite is the automations. I can seamlessley setup review emails and add them to our collection which get displayed on our PDPs and website.

We’ve had a major issue with Loox referral codes adding duplicate items to cart that customers can’t remove. Reported months ago with proof, still not fixed. Cost us sales and returns. Support treated it like a new issue. Not recommended.

Be careful with this app. It draws you in with the beginner plan, but once you reach the quota, a number of limitations appear that were never clearly explained when signing up.
Communication then becomes extremely poor, and I was given incorrect information on more than one occasion. Although they say you can continue using the beginner plan, you are required to complete multiple steps every time just to access the Loox app. Most of the time these steps aren’t even available, which means you can’t actually use the app.

we own several store and loox is our default rating app. when I have issues with the diaplay, the support team provide helps instantly and solve the problem in no time. thank you so much Leogen. I really appreciate your help. highly recommended app.
Pathetic app for reviews, even after owning a paid plan they will keep increasing prices and then halt usage at certain orders per month.
