Shopify charges app charges in advance, so it's likely you're seeing a Loox charge that was automatically triggered by Shopify before you uninstalled Loox. Great app, provides us with customer reviews including photo's! We needed some support for integrating it in our website, and got great & very fast support by Ken.
These guys were so helpful, quick response and on point with responding. I have since upgraded my shopify account to allow them permission to access area in my site to assist me further in the future.
Works like a charm and even a technology challenge person such as myself was able to figure out how to use it.
