Jodel was great! Late on a Friday night I saw all my reviews and widgets disappear from my website. I thought for sure I wouldn't hear anything until Monday, but Jodel got back to me within minutes and let me know he was working on it. I have no reason at all not to recommend this LOOX app for others cuz I found a 100 percent satisfactory reasons to keep using it.

The customer support is great. I asked for a custom request not available in their UI and Lilach from Loox was able to get it done quickly. We actually left Loox and immediately came back a few days later as the other app we tried didn't compare.
