Loox has been a great addition to our e-commerce site for collecting photo reviews! Also, anytime I've had a question from customer support, they have answered quickly and clearly!

Great customer support! Just an email and the team is always ready to help within minutes! I've engaged so far with Laurence, Rain & Ellison and they all have provided me with exceptional service resolving all my questions. App itself is easy to use and set up, can set up incentives for customers to refer or leave photo/video review too.

This app is perfect for people looking to get reviews up quickly. Very good user interface and easy to use. Also fairly priced and offers features.

Standout point is customer service. Liz was absolutely excellent and handled all my requests (including custom code).
