I'm Facing an Issue with your app and uninstalled your app in January but I made a payment one January you again sent payment so I am sending the amount to you can you refund the amount

Once Loox is uninstalled in your stores, you shouldn't receive additional charges. You might see charges that were created before the app was removed, which are included in your current invoice.
