The app is very easy to use! We switched from the Shopify default product reviews app after they discontinued it. Loox is very user friendly and importing from the Shopify reviews app was a breeze.

Lilach was abe to help update my review page. It looks so much better and is more helpful to prospective customers.

I love Loox but the email reviews that customers can't review right on the email are annoying. it has to take me to the page.
