I was attempting to get my reviews to match up on my product's page, and I was very stumped on how to do so. Luckily, Mary was here to help me as I contacted the Loox help chat. She responded almost immediately, and the conversation only took about 15 minutes. She went through the process asking me great questions. I moved over to Loox from another review service a while back and the experience has been very smooth ever since. Everything is pretty straightforward and the extra features are great. I needed some help implementing custom code snippets into my theme and Shany took care of it in no time.

The only thing that I would like to see improved at the moment is their relatively new smart upsell feature. The metrics interface is limited and there are minimal options for tweaking.
