Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

With the new interface of their software, when searching for a specific user and trying to unpublish that user’s reviews, it ended up unpublishing all product reviews on the website instead. What’s ridiculous is that they haven’t provided any solution and are only suggesting that we switch back to the old version. It’s been three days and this bug still hasn’t been fixed. I’m starting to wonder if they’ve laid off all their developers—how can such a simple bug remain unresolved? They only take money but offer no real solutions. I think they’re going to lose a lot of loyal customers. This is really terrible!

I spent two hours trying to add my reviews to the product page- me and chat were getting nowhere. Then I saw the LOOX chat box at the bottom left corner of the screen, and Liz was able to get me sorted within a few minutes. Great service, speedy help. Thanks, Loox & Liz!

Such a great way to see what products customers are really loving which in turn helps new customers in their decision making process! Such a valuable business tool.

agent joyce was very helpful. she was eager to drop the session (kept asking some version of 'are we done?', as all loox agents are trained to do), but i kept her on the chat long enuf to get issues resolved, and she was clear and we succeeded in addressing the issues.

I have sent support requests over the last year and always have the best help and timely responses. Also, they are continuing to improve their app. Recommend!
