This app has allowed us to display customer reviews on our website without issue. They also allow customers to leave reviews in a non-intrusive way allowing them to leave us reviews without feeling pressured! Loox out of the gate was easy to set-up, configure and get going. Reviews are everything in ecom and this app really does well is keeping the buyers attention with quality reviews. What's nice is that every review is tied to a product's page and can be responded to. Looks good on mobile and configurable to many settings. Email reminders for purchased items are solid. A future improvement would be to only have promotions tied to a collection of products if needed. The coupon incentive to the purchaser for a review only does an incentive across the board.

Fantastic app and support. I really love how the plans are upfront with their cost.

Other review apps hide their subscription fees, then give you a very limited version of the app for free. Then to get anything as powerful as Loox from the competition you have to give your phone number just to get the pricing and full list of features...

Over the course of the free trial the Loox team has already made a custom solution for me to help me group my product reviews :)

I have the same product listed multiple times in my store so this is crucial to have all my reviews shared across these product duplicates!
