Currently, I'm just using the free version.

It's been a really great addition to our website, and absolutely has helped us build trust amongst our customers - especially with such particular clientele.

Simple and easy to use. I am very glad I downloaded this one. So many are complicated and useless. Thanks LOOX. Just wish more features were added into the free options...as a small business it would be helpful.

I'm beyond frustrated with Loox. Their customer support does not read any of the messages sent to them and just says they'll forward it to tier 2. I have been trying for two weeks to get downloadable versions of my video reviews and I have not been able to do so. When I reply to their emails both support@loox.io and Success@loox.app both are bounced back and the support team does nothing to help me. So I have to continue booking support through the shopify app only to go in a viscous cycle. Its ridiculous with the amount of money they charge my brands for their review platform!

I was having an issue with the image type and Rain, from their support provided a clear step by step solution that worked.

Ken is a Great guy, he helped my Family out with over 100k only because he was bored. After That he rescued my 3 Babys out of a burning Apartment. He deserves a raise and more holiday. Thank you ken my g appreciate your help

really great integration with shopify and super easy to set up. Looks good on the homepage and does everything you'd want it to. Totally worth it.
