This is a must for my new store. This app was recommended by my web designer who built my store. Loox is very simple to use and it's easy to use which for me is so important. I really like everything about this app!

every time i try to use the app and import a review i get an error message. i haven't had a single use for the app yet. very frustrating. cant get any help from support.
