I can not tell you enough amazing things about this app. I basically left other reivew apps and even had my clients leave others because Loox serves as not just a review app but so much more. From their integrations to their friendly staff. They wont call you after a month trying to charge you $500 for a pro plan, they want you to make money, gain reviews, and they will help you get there! I have to send a special shoutout to Amit, he's been amazing in customer support, as has the whole team ! Loox is the one to use for any Shopify e-comm business. Reasonably priced, great features which are constantly being developed and first-class customer service. We've used Loox on our store for over a year now and we're so happy with the features and the customer service. Recently Jodel did some customisations to the app to change on-store appearance and the service was super quick, efficient and exactly what we asked for. 10/10 recommend.
