I recently signed up for loox. So far, I have been very happy. The customer service is excellent. I had a request to move the reviews widget on the product page. Rain (my customer service operator) completed the task quickly.

This app is so easy and effective! I receive an email alert when a customer leaves a review so I can check it out. I've tried other review apps but this is by far the fastest to set up and easiest to use; customize settings. Love it!

Loved using this app! very easy and understandable. I recommend this app to anyone reading and I love the fact that images and videos can go on reviews. I have also had very a great experience with customer service which is one of the most important things in my opinion. Rain has helped me out multiple times and is very helpful. He was is always very quick to respond and help me figure out the issue I was having.
