I used this app to help get social proof for my store and give credibility so that i boost my conversions

easy to use. Very nice. I like the fact that it offers generated discounts for reviews, photos , and referrals.

I used Loox for roughly a year and I never had any problems with it. The only reason I switched to a free app is because my customers don't seem to be that interested in leaving photo reviews (even with the discount offer) and our budget is very limited at the moment. If you can afford it, definitely go with Loox! Shout out to Chester who helped me with an issue after uninstalling the app. He responded to my service request within minutes and had the issue resolved immediately... on a SUNDAY. Thank you!! Best customer service ever. :)

Best App and Support that I have used in Shopify Store. I recommend all stores to use it. Specially for newly launched store who want conversions.
