I contacted supported and within an hour Jodel from the support team had already trouble shot the problem and we came to a solution. Love the app overall it does exactly what i need it to do for only $10 a month and can do much more if you pay more

I love this app.. user-friendly even for a beginner like me. Great for collecting reviews from customers. Will need to upgrade soon
