The customer service is quick and extremely helpful. Had an issue with the excel sheet for import and they resolved it for me very quickly so that I could keep growing my store. Highly recommended

I’ve enjoyed this app. I had a problem and Aya was very helpful. Sent screenshots and everything which made it easier for me( I am not tech savvy) then she went in and fixed what I needed. Thanks Aya and Loox!

Facile a utiliser et tres efficace. De toutes les apps, pour moi celle-ci est la meilleure. Mais je recommanderai tout de meme de permettre la generation automatique des noms des clients pour les reviews qu'on importe.

We use this app to collect honest reviews from customers which help us constantly improve on our products and services. Their customer support is also really great! They have a detailed FAQ page where you can find a lot of information. And also reply within 24 hours (for email inquiries) and Dor (from their customer service team) really made sure that no question was left unanswered. I do hope that in the future, email designs can be more personalized, and more of its functions can be integrated with Klaviyo.
