I've been using Loox for about 5 months now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I haven't needed support, as everything is simple and easy to manage.

Easy and beautiful
They did a really good job with the app and the visual. One of my customers had mentioned to me that it was a breeze to leave a review, which is important for a start-up to gather reviews. The customer service is also very helpful. I reached out over the weekend with an issue and Shany from the support team resolved it for us by that Sunday!
