This app is helping my business become more trustworthy. People, like myself, always check reviews before I shop. Thank you! Update: I removed the app (for personal business reasons) but I'm still being charged. The app is uninstalled. I need someone to reach out to me. Update: Thank you for reaching out quickly. Generally speaking, once you have uninstalled any app, Shopify should be stopping all future app charges from being triggered.
Since charges are created at the beginning of the 30-day cycle, it could be that you are seeing a charge from before the app was uninstalled.
With that being said, we would be more than happy to see what we can do to help and investigate this specific situation.
