As a seller,I must say it's wonderful for some functions can really help me better decorate my shop and get more attention and trust by these creating reviews and photos.

Appreciate them adding needed features. The option to "Remove Imported Reviews" (sent in an email after you complete an upload) is super handy.

Been using the app for years now and had no complaints whatsoever. Recently changed themes and needed help adding rating widget to my collections page on my theme (Envy). Contacted support and they sorted it quickly for me. Thank you Lilach for also explaining the process.

We've been with LOOX for 5 years and during this time, their service has only gotten better. The app has sprouted many new services and options, but all of them have felt appropriately adjacent to their core mission, which is sending review requests and displaying the results beautifully.

Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, there has never been a time when their customer service has let us down. Whether it's implementing code to ensure proper Google crawling, explaining how something works, or responding thoughtfully to requests for new features or controls, they are there at the drop of a hat. If you are looking for a fantastic set-it and forget-it review app with tons of features, look no further.

I'm happy with Loox! Chester was very quick to solve any problems that I had. Already I'm seeing the results in terms of getting 5 star reviews and referral orders! I'm hoping this is only the start! :)
