Very bad customer service. Never replied email for exporting review. Very expensive and not so good service. Don't waste your money.
WORST THE WORST APP. I selected the $9 Plan and they charge me 40 USD. It's just a startup I just started my website and you're charging me 40 USD. It's been two months I haven't noticed it I just checked now. Refund my 40 USD until I charge back from you guys.

Já tentei enviar mensagens para vcs mas não consegui nenhum canal. Generally speaking, Loox offers various plans to accommodate stores of all sizes and budgets. From just stores starting out all the way to tens of thousands of orders a month.
According to Shopify's own terms and policies, a third-party app cannot choose a merchant's app subscription plan, as Shopify requires explicit merchant consent when choosing an app's subscription plan.

very bad, I have been paying for 3 or 4 months and nothing is happening, no reviews from amazon to my shop, I am very disappointed about it.
Lousy customer service. I have problems with the app and I am waiting for a response for more than a day.
I have only just installed the app looking forward to being able to import reviews to my store and increase sales
