Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I moved over to Loox for the more modern/fluid design from a previous review app. Switching over has been very easy, I CSV exported all my previous reviews and then uploaded them to Loox. The only issue was that the previous review app left parts of its code behind. I tried to remove it and nearly destroyed my whole business - thank god for backups. I reached to Loox asking for help and it took them less than 20 minutes to do - including the time spent to see and respond to my email request. So far, being with them has been excellent.

Super useful app for a free version. For the free version, customers can also post a picture. Best product review app in Shopify.

I just love, love love Loox, It's great!!! There isn't anything I would change. It's great to see those reviews piling up & I like that I can approve or dissaproove them before they go up on my page.

It is way better than I thought it was going to be... Waaaaayyyyyyy better!!! I am pleasantly surprised by how well it is working and the ease of use.
