Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Works amazingly on my Shopify store! So easy to use and set up as well as many options for how you would like reviews displayed. The automated review emails are game changing

I'd give zero stars if I could. The "write your review" box did not show at all on mobile. I reached out to support for help and was met with the agent telling me how it does work and I am not refreshing/clearing my cache (which I did several times). She took an extremely long time to respond and couldn't figure it out after almost one hour. Once I complained that it is still not showing for the 4th or 5th time she finally decides to "escalate" the issue. I told her to forget it and I'll just uninstall this app and find a new one that is more user friendly. Loox support is terrible and doesn't know how to solve what seems to be simple issues. I do NOT recommend anyone download this app. Your customers should not have to message you asking how to leave reviews, that isn't a good look for my website and its frustrating. Please look elsewhere.

Switched from Okendo to Loox and it is WAY BETTER. It is so much more design-friendly, easy to navigate, and cheaper. George from support is so helpful and quick to reply!

One of the reasons why I chose Loox for my review app is because of the design and layout of the reviews. It stands head and shoulders above other review apps in my opinion due to the layout of pictures and reviews. I like that all my collected reviews can be placed under each product even though the product may not have any reviews. It was also convenient to be able to import reviews that I received from another review company. Overall, I am very pleased with the widgets I am able to implement on my website, the follow-up emails sent to customers requesting reviews (including the ability to incentivize them to leave a review) and the cleanliness of the how the reviews look. Lastly, I reached out to customer service chat (Mary) and she was able to help me implement a small change on my website quickly.

Very easy to setup and match your theme. Took almost no work to install. Special thanks to Yarin for getting a design change made to one of the screens that all users will benefit from now.

Ive worked with Loox for a few months now and its been solid, its a bit pricey but the price is worth the extra buyers it'll bring you. Leogen, a member of the customer support team was very helpful and replied instantly to my questions when I needed help with something.

really love having loox on my shopify i love that it is now visible on google too
