Mara was quick and efficient. I needed help with editing the code and placing a widget. After spending hours painfully trying myself, I decided to contact the help desk. It was no problem for them to do it and it took about 10mins to give permissions and have it done. Thanks Mara.
Definitely like Loox a lot better than Trustpilot already. Loox gives you a lot of ways to help drive sales and entice customers to leave photo/video reviews. Unfortunately, there's no free plan which might make it hard for up-and-coming businesses to work with Loox but definitely something to look into in the future. Plus, I was having a hell of a time trying to code the snippet into my theme and their support team (I worked with Jodel and Chester) literally coded it into my shop within minutes and worked with me until everything looked exactly as I wanted it to. LOVEE the support team 100%.
Easy setup, lots of different features and customisation, even with the basic package. Look forward to using it as a tool to bring new customers as well as gain reputability.

I have tried several apps over the last 7 years since installing Shopify. LooX would have to be the best so far, hands down. Truly a game-changer. Reminder you have to be good at giving service over & above to get your review average up there. If you do this, then LooX is a must.
I was having some issues with importing reviews. The service I received from Jemuel was first class. I would recommend the app.
As soon as I opened a ticket with the support team, they took care of my issue right away (literally in a few minutes).
It was about a store that was acquired, and for the first 60 days it wasn't active. The Loox team was kind enough to credit back 30 days of the subscription (no questions asked)
