I used this for Shopify and it worked well. I am a newbie and found it quite easy. I followed a tutorial and it took me a couple of reads to get it, but after that it was great. The ease of use was important for me as a beginner.

Really love the app. Product reviews from customers has improved our conversion and I would never go back to having a ecommerce site without them.

The app is fairly good and reasonably customizable. They haven't however replied to my emailed 'help request' for over 5 days. Not great service.
